Information on the Protection of Personal Data of Users
The General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. We collect and process personal data fairly, lawfully, and transparently, while ensuring their accuracy, completeness, up-to-date status, and security.
Personal data includes, for example, first name, last name, personal identification number, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address, or any other information relating to you personally or that may be considered personal data.

Consent is a voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the user’s wishes by which they, through a statement or clear affirmative action, give permission for the processing of personal data relating to them for a specifically defined purpose. Consent may be given or withdrawn at any time. Consent is not required for all data processing activities.
User rights prescribed by the Regulation include: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to compensation for damages.
